Professional background
Tayebwa Elisha is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and Senior Legal Associate with the firm. His practice is focused on Litigation, Dispute resolution and Compliance for Non-profit entities in the litigation department of the Firm.
Elisha has hands-on experience and specialized skills in judicial processes, having previously worked with the Courts of Judicature, handling cases in Tax, Commercial, Employment, Land, Civil and Criminal law; which skills also give him a cutting edge in the litigation department of the Firm and has exposed him to different areas of dispute resolution.
As a result, he has developed key contacts at the various Registries in most Courts of Judicature, which come in handy while representing the Firm’s litigation clientele in Court processes. His great interpersonal skills easily blends to meet and exceed clients’ expectations.
